We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider, PayFast, on their own systems.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to: process and deliver your order; arrange printing and shipping through our fulfilment partner; contact you about your order; respond to enquiries you send us; and, where you have opted in, send you news and updates. We do not use your information for any purpose other than those you would reasonably expect in connection with your order or enquiry.

Sharing Your Information

To fulfil your order, we share the delivery details necessary for shipping (your name, address, and contact number) with our print-and-fulfilment partner. We share the information needed to process payment with our payment provider, PayFast. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Protection of Your Information

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Payment processing is handled by PayFast over secure, encrypted connections; we never see or store your card details.

Newsletter and Marketing

If you have opted in to our newsletter, we will send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Your Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to: request access to the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct or update it; ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it; and withdraw your consent to marketing at any time.
